The Menninger Clinic is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, charitable organization governed by The Menninger Clinic Board of Directors. The Menninger Clinic Foundation, also a 501(c)3 nonprofit, charitable organization, is the fundraising arm of The Menninger Clinic and is governed by its own board of directors. Day-to-day management is the responsibility of our executive team, while our clinical leaders have responsibility for ensuring high-quality patient care.
Throughout its history, Menninger has been dedicated to being a world leader in psychiatric treatment, education and research. The Clinic has also been guided by a set of values that helps us achieve our mission while creating a culture that attracts and retains the best faculty and staff.
Menninger provides mental health services to adolescents and adults from the local, regional and national communities. Our Board of Directors approved the Community Healthcare Needs Assessment and operating plan in June 2013. It reflects the portrait of mental health needs and outlines how Menninger's strategic plan and services align to help respond to them.
