Alumni Support Group Moves to Online Meetings

Wednesday, January 24, 2018

peer-to-peer-imageBeginning Saturday, January 27, Menninger's All Recovery Alumni Support Group will meet online so that former patients from across the country can participate in this peer-led support group for adults.

The group will meet online every Saturday at 2 pm CT.

Whether you’re recovering from depression, anxiety, substance use or any other mental health issue, this group offers meaningful support, comfort and encouragement. All graduates of Menninger inpatient programs as well as current and former clients of Outpatient Services and Pathfinder are welcome to participate.

Join us as we build a community to elevate the well-being of all. No reservations are needed,
only a desire to support fellow Menninger graduates, review skills learned in treatment and share challenges and celebrations.

We also will provide peer-led skills refreshers on subjects like mentalizing, DBT, mindfulness and recovery pathways.
