Real estate
Send a deed by registered mail to our office naming Menninger as the owner of the property.

Charitable Remainder
Life Income Trusts
Contact the Menninger Development Office for assistance in establishing a tax-saving charitable remainder trust that will pay you or a beneficiary income for life. There is no obligation.
Insurance policies, collections and other assets
Please name Menninger as the beneficiary.
Bequests by will
Please specify Menninger. Additional information will be provided to your legal or financial counsel upon request. Gifts of all kinds to Menninger are gratefully accepted and are deductible for personal or corporate tax purposes to the fullest extent of the law.
Memorial gifts
Any of the previous methods of giving may be used to establish a memorial. We are happy to accept both living memorials in honor of the donor and gifts to establish a memorial in honor of someone else. There are numerous immediate opportunities in Menninger's work for named gifts and memorials. A named fund may be established with a gift of $10,000 or more.
