Compass Program for Young Adults

Program Schedule

Below is a typical program schedule for a young adult enrolled in Menninger's Compass Program for Young Adults (Compass). A customized schedule is developed for each person based on his or her individual needs. Additional therapy for addiction, eating disorders or self-harm are added as needed.
 
Unscheduled time may be used to complete therapy homework, practice socializing with others, relax with a hobby or activity, exercise, read, or participate with other patients and staff in planned recreational activities.
