Pathfinder, a community integration program

Using a person-centered community integration approach, Pathfinder creates positive experiences in recovery by helping participants improve their ability to live, learn, work or volunteer, socialize and continue in therapy.
 
Pathfinder is located at 6912 Stella Link, Houston, Texas, 77025. Most participants live in apartment homes near the former campus while in the program, although there is a day programming option available. Participants generally remain in the program for three to six months.
 
Our Clients
Led by an experienced clinical team, Pathfinder serves adults 18 and older who need help translating insight into action. Most have recently been discharged from an inpatient treatment facility and are ready to continue their recovery while living with more independence in a less structured environment.
 
Clients’ diagnoses run the gamut from depression and anxiety/mood disorders to bipolar disorder and personality disorders, including borderline personality disorders. We also work with individuals who have Asperger’s Syndrome. Most participants have dual diagnoses or co-occurring disorders.
