Dr. Daza is passionate about understanding and treating the effects of trauma, domestic violence, suicidal thinking as well as social and mental health issues affecting young adults. She is a frequent presenter and is bilingual in Spanish.
A senior staff psychologist and program director for Menninger’s Compass Program for Emerging Adults, she also is responsible for Menninger’s Psychology Training Program and is an assistant professor in the Menninger Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Baylor College of Medicine. Daza earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston, from which she also graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
