At Menninger, we offer both inpatient and outpatient services to meet the needs of children, adolescents and adults with serious mental illness.

Inpatient treatment for adults may include one or more of the following programs, depending upon symptom severity, age and treatment goals:

We are proud to share our outcomes data, which is available for adult inpatients.
Adults may also seek outpatient care:

Emerging Adults

Treatment for emerging adults, generally defined as individuals ages 18-28, can receive inpatient treatment on our Compass Program for Young Adults and our Comprehensive Psychiatric Assessment Service.

Outpatient care is available at Pathfinder, a community integration program, The Gathering Place, a psychosocial clubhouse, outpatient assessments and outpatient therapy.

Treatment for adolescents ages 12-17 takes place in our Adolescent Treatment Program for inpatient care. For outpatient care, they can be seen in outpatient therapy or have an outpatient assessment.

Treatment for children for younger than age 12, outpatient therapy is available, as are outpatient assessments.
