Jen Clement, LPC, LCDC

Addictions Counselor

Jen has research interests in several areas, including exercise and how it correlates to decreased levels of anxiety, and how environmental surroundings impact mental health, depression and anxiety. She has eight years of professional experience.
 
A current member of the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals and the American Psychological Association, Jen earned both her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Med Counselor Education from the University of St. Thomas.
 
She completed internships at The Women’s Home and The Right Step. She also trained at St. Joseph’s Clubhouse, which is part of a housing project in downtown Houston that focuses on supporting individuals struggling with untreated mental health diagnoses as well as homelessness.
 
Jen loves hanging out with her family and friends, running and traveling – she has a special place in her heart for gulf coast beaches and national parks.
