Matt Estey, LCSW

Program Director, Menninger 360

Estey has more than 10 years of experience working with young adults as they navigate independence, gain self-identity and explore how they will contribute to their community. He has worked in wilderness, residential, inpatient and community integration programs.
 
His clinical expertise focuses on strengths-based interventions and therapeutic attachment relationships, while his clinical interests include cognitive-behavior therapy, mentalizing, thought disorders and psychosis.
 
He completed his master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of Houston, and he holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Dallas.
